Attendee’s FAQ

Harvest Vegfest is a 1-day event celebrating plant-based living, with music and speakers, a pie eating contest, kids’ activities, and a family-friendly film to end the day.
Cousler Park in Manchester Township. The park is 10 minutes from Downtown York. It is easily accessible both from Route 30 and Interstate 83.
Yes, rain or shine! The event will continue, as planned, unless the weather poses a threat to the safety of our vendors and attendees. If weather does pose a major issue, we will inform everyone via email, Facebook and on our website the morning of the event.
Festivities will begin at noon. Be one of the first 100 and grab a FREE Early Bird Goody Bag! Most vendors will be packing up at 7:00 pm. The family-friendly film will begin at 7:30 pm with some vendors sticking around to provide food until the event is over at 9:00 pm.
Car, bus, Lyft and Uber are your best bets. We highly recommend carpooling to save on gas. The closest public transportation is from the West Manchester Town Center. We suggest getting an Uber or Lyft from the Center to Cousler Park if you are coming by bus.
Yes, all parking lots will be available for the public to use. We will have parking attendants at each one to make sure attendees can find a spot!

Yes, definitely, on a leash.
Arrive early and get in line at Pavilion E. The first 100 attendees will receive a free bag with goodies from our sponsors and vendors. The totes will be available at the merch booth for purchase but they will not have the goodies in them.
Yes, we welcome all ages. We will have a Kids’ Corner with fun activities, most of them will be free of charge!
Yes, we will have merch for purchase at pavilion E (near the playground. Cash (preferred), credit will be accepted, as well. Water will be sold at pavilion C and E.
It sure will be! The parking and paths are accessible, as are the restrooms.
If you would like to watch the film, which will begin at 7:30 pm, we suggest bringing a chair or blanket to sit on, otherwise you will be sitting on the grass.
There will be a Little Sprouts tent near the Kids Corner that will provide a comfortable, private, and convenient space for moms to nurse and for children who may need a quiet break from the fun.
