Attendee’s FAQ

Harvest Vegfest is a 1-day event celebrating compassionate, healthy and sustainable living.
Cousler Park in Manchester Township. The park is 10 minutes from Downtown York. It is easily accessible both from Route 30 and Interstate 83.
Yes, rain or shine! The event will continue, as planned, unless the weather poses a threat to the safety of our vendors and attendees. If weather does pose a major issue, we will inform everyone via email, Facebook and on our website the morning of the event.
Festivities will begin at 11 AM and end at 5 PM. Be one of the first 100 and grab a FREE Early Bird Goody Bag!
Car, bus, Lyft and Uber are your best bets. We highly recommend carpooling to save on gas. The closest public transportation is from the West Manchester Town Center. We suggest getting an Uber or Lyft from the Center to Cousler Park if you are coming by bus.
Yes, all parking lots (there are 4) will be available for the public to use.
No, everyone is welcome.
Yes, definitely, on a leash.
Arrive early and get in line at Pavilion C. The first 100 attendees will receive a free bag with goodies. The totes will be available at the merch booth for purchase but they will not have the goodies in them.
Yes, we welcome all ages. We will have a Kids’ Corner with fun activities, most of them will be free of charge!
Yes, we will have merch for purchase at pavilion C (near the Kids' Corner). Cash (preferred), credit will be accepted, as well.
Yes, this festival is 100% vegan 🙂
It sure will be! The parking and paths are accessible, as are the restrooms.
We recommend bringing a reuseable bag (for items), a reusable water bottle, and if you'd like, a folding chair to set up near the stage to picnic with your friends & family.
There will be a Little Sprouts tent near the Kids' Corner that will provide a comfortable, private, and convenient space for moms to nurse and for children who may need a quiet break from the fun.
